PANA Rentals is a division of PANA, LLC, owner and property manager of residential real estate properties located in Berks County, PA. Founded by Peter Bubel, PANA is a family-owned and operated real estate and property management company. PANA, LLC was incorporated April 24, 2002.

The name PANA is derived from the first name of each family member – Peter, Anita, Nina & Alyssa. Peter has 20+ years of real estate experience. Daughter’s Nina and Alyssa are actively helping and learning the business. “We are Penn State!” Peter Bubel is a 1984 graduate of PSU (B.S. Finance). Nina Bubel is a 2018 graduate of PSU (B.A. Psychology) and Alyssa is a 2022 graduate of PSU (B. S. Nursing).
