Property Management Services:
Finders Fee: One months rent (minimum of $750)
• Find you a qualified tenant
• Show property to prospective tenants
• Comprehensive tenant screening (credit and background)
• Negotiate rental terms conditions, etc
• Provide market analysis of rental rates in your area
Monthly Property Management: 7.5% of the monthly rental or flat fee (minimum of $75/month)

• Provides detailed accounting of monthly revenues and expenses
• Ensures compliance with City codes, ordinances and condominium bylaws/rules & regulations
